Mochi is a Japanese snack made from mochiko (glutinous rice flour) which is made of mochigome (glutinous rice) ヽ(♡‿♡)ノThere is so ‘mochi’ more to discover about this delicious treat. 
It consists of green tea flavored ice cream wrapped in a thin layer of mochi. They have perfected the technique in making the mochi so that it will stay soft even if it is kept frozen!
